There are many cinema halls in the city. Most of these theatres show the latest Malayalam as well as English and Hindi movies. In fact, there are some wonderful theatres in grand malls showing different movies at different times. Kottayam theatres give the facility of advance booking of tickets to the cinema goers. Clubs and Discotheques in Kottayam

Kottayam does not have discotheques like a cosmopolitan city. It has still not upscaled to become a perfect spot for people seeking fun.
