This is a government-approved Ayurvedic institution. It is situated inside the Mnganam hospital of Kottayam. Kottahil Ayurvedic Hospital
The USP of the hospital is a combination of the tenets of both Ayurvedic and allopathic systems of treatment. This feature is the special contribution of Late Dr. C.N.Gopalakrishnan who was the main driving force behind the hospital. It was established by Dr. Jogi T. Sebastian in 2002. The facility is being run as a 20 bed hospital at Kottahil from 2007. The centre offers Ayurvedic training and education with the final internship at the end of training.
